Everything Parents Need
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Camp runs 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Drop-off is 9:00–9:20 AM and pick-up starts at 3:30 PM and runs until 4:00 PM.
Pack A Lunch
Campers bring their own lunch each day. We provide snacks and drinks throughout the day.
Safety First
We collect emergency contacts, allergy and medical info, and authorized pickup names for every camper.
Photo Release
Optional consent for photos and video in Circle R Ranch promo materials. Opt in or out at registration.
A Camp For Ages 5–8?
Our camp is built for ages 8–13, but we're exploring a program for younger campers ages 5–8. If you'd be interested, let us know below, no commitment. Enough interest and we'll make it happen and reach out first.
